Shipping policy

Orders are currently fulfilled through in-studio pickup at Capital Ceramic Supply.

Customers will receive a notification once orders are ready for pickup. Most orders are ready within 1–2 business days.

Limited shipping may be available for select products and will be coordinated manually when applicable. Please contact us before ordering large quantities of clay or specialty materials requiring shipping arrangements.
